24 season 8

Ok so not much going on in this community, huh? Well season 8 rocks, just like the show in general. Of course it's high impact tv for the critical mass junkie. Like any tv fanfare, it's not perfect, the scripts have flaws all over the place. So far though they have been bearable. Just 2 major points that really bugged me to death. The first was in the very 1st episode. I couldn't reconcile Jack's motive for staying in New York to help out and assist in capturing the bad guys instead of heading back to L.A. with his daughter and granddaughter. Oh well, I had to get over this in a hurry as 24 started it's Final Season countdown to nothing. It started fast and then went faster. I didn't want to get hung up on details(although important,I thought). The second item was the "dirty bomb" thing where the casualty figures were quite high. Well this show Rocks. It had been my favorite show up until a few years ago when Dexter became king, but I watch 24 religiously, I have all the season 8 episodes saved on my dvr, once the season is over, I'm gonna throw a 24 super fan marathon party. Wow. Who knows maybe it will be a complete series party.. Seasons 1-8... think of it, 8 days of 24 in twenty-four hrs. I think the after party crash will be too unbearable, no new 24 episodes...ever...well hopefully the movie will come soon thereafter.
